Vegan pulled oumph burger with coleslaw

Perfect hangover food! Super easy to make, everything is pretty much ready from the store ūüėČ If you want to make a low carb version, you can use these paleo carrot buns, which would be really delicious as well. I just bought some wholegrain burger buns from the store – and the frozen pulled oumph is definitely possible to make from scratch as well, but buying this pack was so convenient and really tasty! Here you can find it in “F√łtex” so I’m sure most other countries would have it in the big supermarkets as well.

Vegan pulled oumph burger (4 people)

  • 2 packs of Pulled Oumph
  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 dl neutral soy yoghurt
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • optional: pickles and beetroot
  • 4 burger buns

Grate the carrots and chop the cabbage. Mix it in a bowl. Mix a dressing of the yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir it into the bowl with the cabbage and carrots and your coleslaw is done. Heat the pulled oumph in a pan and then pull the pieces apart a bit more. Heat the burger buns and build your burger with all the ingredients!

Jeg k√łbte bare burgerboller i supermarkedet – og pulled oumph er helt klart muligt at lave fra bunden, men at k√łbe denne pakke gjorde det let, og det var rigtig l√¶kkert!¬†Du kan finde det i F√łtex og sikkert ogs√• i de fleste store supermarkeder.

  • 2 pakker¬†Pulled Oumph
  • 1/2¬†hvidk√•l
  • 6¬†guler√łdder
  • 2 dl neutral sojayoghurt
  • 4 teskeer¬†sennep
  • salt og¬†peber
  • valgfrit: syltede agurker og r√łdbeder
  • 4 burgerboller

Riv guler√łdderne og hak k√•len. Bland det i en sk√•l. Bland en dressing a yoghurten, sennep, salt og peber.¬†R√łr det i sk√•len med k√•l og guler√łdder, og s√• er din coleslaw f√¶rdig.¬†Opvarm pulled oumph p√• en pande og riv s√• stykkerne lidt mere fra hinanden. Varm burgerbollerne og byg din burger af alle ingredienserne!
