Snickers nice cream bites

IMG_1323-minYummy yum yum, I pretty much always keep bananas in the freezer (peeled and chopped into small pieces) to be able to quickly whip up banana blueberry nice cream, chocolate nice creamthis raw cake or these awesome Snickers-nice-cream-bites right here 🙂 Of course frozen bananas are also great in smoothies and smoothie bowls!

These are an amazing combination of a salty, sweet nut bottom, fresh banana nice cream and a little chocolate on top.

Vegan snickers nice cream bites

Snickers:

  • 100 g salty peanuts
  • 10-12 dates
  • 3-4 tablespoons peanutbutter

Nice cream:

  • 4 frozen bananas (peel, cut into small pieces and keep in the freezer for at least 6 hours first)
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla powder

Chocolate topping:

  • 50 g dark vegan chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • a pinch of salt

Use a hand blender to blend the dates and peanutbutter together. Chop the peanuts and stir it together with the dates and peanutbutter. You will have to get your hands in there at some point. Mash the peanuts into the dough and press it into a small container with a cookie sheet in it. Put it in the freezer.

Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and place them in a bowl with the other ingredients for the nice cream. Blend well with a handblender. Take the container out of the freezer and pour the nice cream over and even it out. Put it back in the freezer.

Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl with the coconut milk. Put it over a double boiler and stir every now and then to get the texture even. When the chocolate is all melted, take it off the double boiler and stir well one more time. Now take out the container from the freezer, pour over the chocolate and even it out with a spoon.

Put it in the freezer overnight. Take it out before serving and cut it into rectangles. Eat with a fork, it’s kind of like a piece of ice cream cake.

 

Danish…

Mmmmm, jeg har stort set altid bananer i fryseren (skrællet og skåret i små stykker), så jeg hurtigt kan lave vegansk banan- og blåbærisvegansk chocoladeisraw kage eller de her lækre Snickers-is-bidder 🙂  Frosne bananer er selvfølgelig også super lækre i smoothies og smoothie-skåle!

Det her er en skøn kombination af en saltet, sød nøddebund, frisk bananas og lidt chokolade på toppen. Der er selvfølgelig ingen animalske produkter eller sukker i.

Veganske snickers-is-bidder

Snickers:

  • 100 g saltede peanuts
  • 10-12 dadler
  • 3-4 spiseskeer peanutbutter

Nice cream/is:

  • 4 frosne bananer (skrællede, skåret i små stykker og opbevaret i fryseren i mindst 6 timer først)
  • 1 dl kokosmælk
  • a knivspids salt
  • 2 spiseskeer stevia
  • 2 teskeer vaniljepulver

Chokoladelaget:

  • 50 g mørk vegansk chokolade
  • 2 spiseskeer kokosmælk
  • en knivspids salt

Brug en stavblender til at blende dadler og peanutbutter sammen. Hak peanuts og rør dem i blandingen. Du bliver nok nødt til at ælte med hænderne for at få nødderne mast ind i dejen. Pres dejen ned i en lille beholder med bagepapir i og mas toppen flad. Sæt det i fryseren.

Tag de frosne bananer ud af fryseren og placér dem i en skål med de andre ingredienser til isen. Blend det sammen med en stablender. Tag beholderen ud af fryseren og hæld isen over. Gør laget fladt med en ske. Sæt det tilbage i fryseren.

Hak chokoladen og put det i en skål med kokosmælken. Varm det over et vandbad, mens du rører en gang i mellem. Når chokoladen er helt smeltet, tager du skålen af vandbadet, rører en gang mere og hælder det over isen i beholderen. Udjævn chokoladen med en ske.

Sæt det i fryseren natten over. Tag det ud inden servering og skier små rektangler. Spis med en kagegaffel som ved islagkage.
