Delicious and easy to prepare! I had it for my 3 hour train ride from Copenhagen to Aarhus 🙂 I normally kind of avoid bagels because they have sooo many calories in them. But they’re delicious! So if you need a treat, try this 🙂 Also, being a vegetarian or vegan, zinc is one of the things that we need to be aware of eating – and amongst tofu, tempeh, miso, nuts, seeds and legumes we get it from wholegrain. So yes, there are quite some calories in this meal, but good things as well!
Weekend treat for vegans! Had so much greasy hangover food this weekend, but sometimes you just need it 🙂 I had an awesome weekend in Copenhagen with two of my best girlfriends, so that of course required some good, tasty chocolate-y treats for hangover day with Magic Mike 😉
Perfect hangover food! Super easy to make, everything is pretty much ready from the store 😉 If you want to make a low carb version, you can use these paleo carrot buns, which would be really delicious as well. I just bought some wholegrain burger buns from the store – and the frozen pulled oumph is definitely possible to make from scratch as well, but buying this pack was so convenient and really tasty! Here you can find it in “Føtex” so I’m sure most other countries would have it in the big supermarkets as well.
Since I’m going awfully close to Sweden this weekend (visiting my friend in Copenhagen) 😉 I thought I’d bring her a few cinnamon rolls. They’re kind of guilt free, but yeah they do have some calories in them! They just don’t make you feel awful for eating them, actually they’re really filling because of the healthy fat, so spoil yourself and get cooking.
This is such an easy dish to make and so so healthy! You can just use whatever leftover veggies you have in the fridge, just whatever you prefer. And if you’ve tried making sushi before, it will be easy for you to roll them nice and tight.

I’ve been fully vegetarian for six months or so. I started the new year with living more healthy and exercising more. Now I think it’s time I take a step, that I’ve been wanting to take for a while. But until now
I love hot porridge, it’s so good and comforting in winter, but those made of rice or oats are just not that healthy and makes your tummy feel like a rock! So I came up with my own porridge – this one is super healthy and tasty, and you still feel like you can move after eating it 😉
Mmm… So delicious 😛 I have to say, I love my smoothies to have a beautiful green colour! This smoothie bowl has both avocado and spinach in it, but the sweetness of the banana and freshness of pineapple makes it really tasty, healthy and perfect for breakfast. Actually it kind of feels like eating a dessert except you really don’t have to feel guilty about it! Pineapple has the amazing ability to help burn stomach fat. And the healthy fat from avocado and coconut oil makes you full (way faster than carbs) and are really important for weight loss too! For years people have been really afraid of fat, but actually sugar is way worse, and the good healthy fat is something you need to get enough of, if you want to be healthy and lose weight. Of course you shouldn’t be eating avocado all day long, but it’s good in moderation. I add the coconut oil because a lot of nutritionists recommend eating one teaspoon of it in the morning, but I just don’t like it in coffee, so I always try to blend it into my breakfast somehow 🙂
