Green smoothie bowl

IMG_1195-min IMG_1192-min IMG_1177-minMmm… So delicious 😛 I have to say, I love my smoothies to have a beautiful green colour! This smoothie bowl has both avocado and spinach in it, but the sweetness of the banana and freshness of pineapple makes it really tasty, healthy and perfect for breakfast. Actually it kind of feels like eating a dessert except you really don’t have to feel guilty about it! Pineapple has the amazing ability to help burn stomach fat. And the healthy fat from avocado and coconut oil makes you full (way faster than carbs) and are really important for weight loss too! For years people have been really afraid of fat, but actually sugar is way worse, and the good healthy fat is something you need to get enough of, if you want to be healthy and lose weight. Of course you shouldn’t be eating avocado all day long, but it’s good in moderation. I add the coconut oil because a lot of nutritionists recommend eating one teaspoon of it in the morning, but I just don’t like it in coffee, so I always try to blend it into my breakfast somehow 🙂

Green smoothie bowl

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 30 g spinach
  • a small can of pineapple in juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend. The juice from the pineapple can should be enough liquid to be able to blend, but if needed add some plant milk or water (very little though, as you want the texture to be as thick as possible). Pour into a bowl and use fruit, seeds, nuts etc. for topping – I used toasted coconut, flax seeds, dry freezed strawberries, chia seeds and sesame seeds. Serve right away – when you blend fruit and veggies half of the vitamins go out of the smoothie/juice in just an hours time.

Mmm… SĂĽ lĂŚkkert 😛 Jeg kan simpelthen sĂĽ godt lide, at min smoothie fĂĽr en flot grøn farve! I denne smoothie-skĂĽl er der bĂĽde avocado og spinat i, men sødmen fra bananen og friskheden fra ananasen gør done rigtig lĂŚkker, sund og perfekt som morgenmad. Faktisk føles det lidt som at spise dessert, du behøver bare ikke føle dig skyldig over det! Ananas har den fantastiske evne, at den hjĂŚlper med at gøre maven fladere. Og det sunde fedt fra avocadoen og kokosolien gør dig mĂŚt (og meget hurtigere end kulhydrater) og er desuden virkelig vigtigt ift. vĂŚgttab. I mange ĂĽr har folk troet, at fedt er vores vĂŚrste fjende, men faktisk er sukker meget vĂŚrre! Det gode, sunde fedt er noget, du skal sørge for at fĂĽ nok af, hvis du vil vĂŚre sund og tabe dig. Selvfølgelig bør du ikke spise avocado dagen lang, men det er super godt i moderate mĂŚngder. Jeg tilføjer kokosolien, fordi mange ernĂŚringseksperter anbefaler at spise en teske af det om morgenen, men jeg kan simpelthen ikke lide det i kaffe, sĂĽ jeg prøver altid at blende det ind i min morgenmad pĂĽ en eller anden mĂĽde 🙂

Grøn smoothie-skül

  • 1 banan (helst frossen)
  • 1/2 avokado
  • 30 g spinat
  • en lille dĂĽse ananas i juice
  • 1 teske kokosolie

Put alle ingredienserne i en blender og blend. Juicen fra ananasdĂĽsen burde vĂŚre nok vĂŚske til at du kan blende, men hvis ikke kan du tilføje lidt plantemĂŚlk eller vand (meget lidt dog, konsistensen skal helst vĂŚre sĂĽ tyk som muligt). HĂŚld smoothien i en skĂĽl og brug frugt, frø, nødder osv. som pynt – jeg brugte ristede kokosflager, hørfrø, frysetørrede jordbĂŚr, chiafrø og sesamfrø. Server med det samme – nĂĽr frugter og grøntsager blendes, gĂĽr halvdelen af vitaminerne faktisk ud af smoothien/juicen i løbet af bare en times tid.
