When you wanna treat yourself to something reeeeaally good but still wanna keep it healthy and filling 🙂 As you might know, dark chocolate is very healthy, and some doctors even want to catagorize it to be a vegetable. Just add a little bit, so you keep your calorie intake right and still spice your breakfast up!
Fruit salad with avocado and chocolate (1 person)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 apple
- 1 grapefruit
- optional: salted almonds and vegan vanilla yoghurt
Slice up the fruit – sprinkle a little cinnamon on the apples and grapefruit pieces and some salt on the avocado. Mix it together. Chop a few pieces of chocolate and sprinkle it over. Serve it like that or with some nuts and/or vegan yoghurt.
